About the Group

Confidential, privately held, high-end lifestyle brand within a holding, with active interests in niche cosmetics, wellness, and premium fashion media is seeking an outstanding Director. They are launching a new Marbella hub that will steer Southern European growth (Spain, Portugal, Morocco and beyond) and support a boutique investment arm for emerging luxury start-ups.

The Opportunity

We’re searching for a bold, future-minded Director with a millennial or Gen X mindset to open and lead the Marbella office. You’ll start as a one-person C-suite reporting directly to the CEO of the Holding and gradually build a lean team of 3–4 specialists that will support two companies under the same umbrella.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a visionary builder — someone who combines entrepreneurial drive with creative flair and has the proven ability to scale lifestyle-driven brands at the crossroads of content, community, and modern luxury. The position is uniquely suited to a leader with hands-on experience launching and growing companies in the luxury lifestyle space. Prior experience as a Director or CEO is essential. Candidates with a track record in agile startups and scaling businesses from the ground up will be prioritised over those with backgrounds solely in large corporate environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and scale the Marbella office with full P&L responsibility and operational oversight.
• Own creative strategy, brand partnerships, content-driven growth, and customer experience.
• Lead the content and branding vision across all touchpoints, including the group’s fashion & wellness magazine.
• Cultivate high-level partnerships and a best-in-class brand presence in beauty, wellness, fashion, and digital media.
• Oversee minority investments in early-stage lifestyle start-ups and advise Holding CEO on brand synergies and deal strategy.
• Recruit and lead a cross-functional in-house team.
• Report KPIs and growth strategy to the Holding CEO; align with sister company leads.

Candidate Profile

• Director/CEO experience: Minimum 5 years in a top executive role (CEO or Founder) within a premium or luxury lifestyle brand.
• Entrepreneurial background: Having founded and run your own company in the lifestyle, wellness, fashion, or beauty space is highly valuable.
• Deep understanding of brand-building through storytelling, community, partnerships, and digital channels.
• Confident scaling content- and experience-driven brands with a sharp eye for design and a creative sensibility.
• Excellent communication and strategic leadership skills.
• Languages: Native or fluent English and Spanish; additional languages a plus.
• Based in Marbella or willing to relocate at own expense.
