Salary: Up to €3,000/month (gross or net, depending on candidate)
Schedule: 6 days per week | On call Approx. 7:30am – 8:30pm (with 3 hours afternoon break and several breaks throughout the day)

We are seeking a professional and trustworthy Live-In Housekeeper to join a family of four based in Marbella. The household consists of two adults and two children (ages 1 and 6). The youngest has a full-time nanny, and the role focuses primarily on the smooth daily running of the home, cleanliness, organization, and light family support. The residence is approximately 450m² with four bedrooms. The position is live-in, offering a private bedroom and bathroom, and a car is provided for errands and school runs. This is a long-term role for someone reliable, kind, and highly organized who can become a trusted member of the household.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning and upkeep of all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen
• Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe management (including delicate items)
• Regular changing of bed linens and towels; maintaining hotel-like standards
• Preparation of simple, healthy family meals; kitchen maintenance as needed
• Organization of closets, drawers, and children’s areas
• Monitoring and restocking of household supplies (groceries, cleaning products, toiletries)
• Driving the 6-year-old daughter to and from school and extracurricular activities
• Light assistance with the 6-year-old (snacks, uniforms, play area tidiness)

Ideal Candidate

• Professional, discreet, and dependable
• Warm and kind with children, while maintaining structure and boundaries
• Experienced in private villas, luxury homes, or 5-star hotels
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Trustworthy, with strong verifiable references
• Fluent in English or Spanish (both a plus)
• Valid driver’s license and confidence driving locally
• Looking for a long-term, stable position

Schedule & Accommodation

• 7:30am: Prepare light breakfast and assist 6-year-old with school routine
• Morning: School drop-off, cleaning, laundry, cooking, errands, shopping
• Midday: 2–3 hour break• Afternoon/Evening: Household upkeep, dinner prep, tidying, school pick-up, evening support until approx. 8:30–9:00pm
• Aside from midday break, multiple shorter breaks throughout the day are provided
• Days off: 1 full day per week
