For Clients
All our candidates have been personally interviewed by us either a face to face or via Zoom. They will hold a current (or in process) criminal clearance or be willing to obtain one. Childcare professionals will also hold a first aid certificate or be willing to obtain one and will have relevant child related experience and/or childcare qualifications. All our candidates undergo reference, background and identity checks. We pride ourselves in providing our families with only the highest caliber of professional candidates.
At Squad we have a vast, global network of top candidates, mostly thanks to the many years of our own private staff industry experience, where we have formed strong relationships and networks with candidates worldwide. Some of our candidates come to use via word of mouth and referrals. We also conduct online searches through standard industry job boards.
No, we do not charge a registration fee. We charge a placement fee that is payable after you have made a job offer to one of our candidates. Please get in touch for more information on our fees and terms and conditions.
We will have an initial meeting with you over the phone, video or in person to determine your needs and expectations, agree on a timeline and explain our process and how we work. Then we will commence the search for the right candidate and present you with a shortlist of suitable candidates within a timeframe we have agreed upon. After this, we either move into assisting you to set up trials or send you a second batch of shortlisted candidates if you wish to see more CVs. Once you have selected your candidate and are ready to make an offer, we will assist you with negotiation and coordination to get your candidate ready to start work. We do not disappear after a candidate has been place and remain at your disposal for any questions you may have or to assist in solving any disputes that may arise.
We will adapt to the timeline you have in mind. On average, we place candidates within 1 to 3 months from when we begin the search, however we are able to deliver sooner than that if you are in a hurry.
We are happy to arrange the interview on your behalf or you may arrange with them directly (please inform us if you will be contacting them directly to arrange interviews). You are also welcome to contact the references directly upon consultation with us. We are happy to provide a set of interview questions to use as a guideline in your interviews.
If the candidate we have placed with you leaves or is fired, we will make every effort to find you a replacement at no extra cost within the first three months of employment of the current candidate (fees will need to have been paid as per our terms of business).
Absolutely! Get in touch to arrange a call with us. We will likely be able to give you immediate guidance and depending on the complexity of your needs we may advise you to take a lifestyle consulting session with us to create and execute a solid and long lasting solution for you.
