Events Manager (Full-Time, Based in Spain / Extensive Travel Required)
Salary: Up to €50,000 gross/year

Overview:
Confidential premium lifestyle & events company based in Marbella is seeking an experienced, self-sufficient, and highly presentable Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-end automotive and lifestyle events across Spain and Europe. From bespoke driving experiences to weekend getaways and launch galas, this role will oversee event delivery at every stage — from logistics and budgeting to vendor management and client experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced events manager who is fluent in English and Spanish to join a fast-growing luxury brand and take ownership of world-class experiences for an exclusive UHNW clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of all major events (Driving Experiences, International Trips, Launch Gala).
- Create detailed event timelines, logistics plans, and production schedules.
- Source, negotiate, and liaise with premium vendors, venues, travel providers, hospitality partners, and agencies for a large volume of annual events per year (45+) with a strong focus on the major events – An Events Coordinator will work under you to take care of the smaller scale events.
- Collaborate closely with external agencies that will participate in assisting to curate the major events internationally.
- Oversee budgets, track spending, and deliver cost reports for each event.
- Ensure a white-glove level of guest experience throughout.
- Supervise and mentor the Events Coordinator & Executive Assistant, ensuring smaller events run smoothly.
- Liaise with the Marketing Manager to ensure events are aligned with the brand strategy.
- Work closely with the CEO to align on vision, standards, and execution.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish is absolutely required.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role within the automobile industry. Additional experience in high-end event production is highly valued.
- Experience with UHNW clients & luxury hospitality.
- Hands-on and highly organised; must be comfortable working independently.
- Confident in managing suppliers, contracts, negotiation & financial reports.
- Must be willing and able to travel extensively and work flexible hours based on event schedules. The Events Manager is expected to be present at all major events.
