Temporary Maternity Nurse position with potential to become long-term.

Start Date: End of August / Early September 2025

Contract: 7–9 months with potential to continue long-term

Schedule: 24/7 while on duty.  Rota 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off

Compensation: €360–€400/day + full travel expenses

Passport Requirement: EU passport or residency holders only

A lovely international family of four is preparing to welcome baby number three at the end of summer, and they’re on the lookout for two exceptional maternity nurses to join their household team. This is a fully staffed home with dedicated nannies already supporting the older children — your role will focus exclusively on the newborn.

You’ll be based in Marbella, with occasional travel across Europe. While on rotation, you’ll provide all baby related care round-the-clock, sharing a room with the baby and supporting the family through the newborn phase with warmth, structure, and calm confidence. You will be responsible for establishing a solid routine for the baby — including healthy sleep habits — while gently supporting their development and ensuring all key milestones are being met.

🌱 This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is also open to transitioning into a long-term rota nanny position once the baby grows out of the newborn stage.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven maternity nurse experience with excellent newborn care knowledge. Qualifications in the field a plus.
• A mature, calm, kind and nurturing presence — you’re the soothing energy new parents dream of

• Professional, discreet, and warm
• Flexible to travel occasionally throughout Europe while on shift, experienced traveling with babies
• Must hold an EU passport or residency permit (non-negotiable)
