Location: Monaco (with occasional international travel)

Salary: Starting from €5,000 net/month (paid in 12 installments). Extra days paid on a pro-rated basis. Travel to and from Monaco covered by the family.

Schedule: Rota position – 24-hour cover, 2 weeks on/off (flexibility required)

The Family:

A family residing in a formal, fully staffed home in Monaco is seeking an experienced, professional, and discreet rota nanny to care for their delightful, healthy 3-year-old daughter. While the family is warm, they maintain a professional dynamic and require a nanny who understands the formalities of an UHNW household. The role involves working closely with the mother and another long-term nanny, sharing responsibilities in a structured and harmonious environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Childcare: Provide attentive, nurturing, and proactive care for a 3-year-old girl, ensuring her developmental, emotional, and physical needs are met. Proxy-parenting will be required when the parents travel.
• Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare healthy meals for the child.
• Activities & Play: Organize stimulating activities, both educational and recreational, that encourage development and align with her interests.
• Travel: Occasionally accompany the family on EU and international trips, ensuring seamless transitions and maintaining routines while traveling.
• Night Cover: Comfortable, shared bedroom with the child during shifts, ensuring her comfort and attending to her when needed.
• Professional Communication: Maintain professional relationships with the rest of the household staff and family.
• Security Awareness: Adhere to strict confidentiality and discretion outwardly and within the household to ensure the family’s privacy and security.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Native French speaker with a good understanding of English for team communication.
• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in UHNW households, including live-in roles.
• Qualifications: Academic background in childcare or related fields is a plus.
• Profile: Energetic, proactive, gentle, and sporty, with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Must have a mature and professional demeanor and be well presented.
• Passport: EU passport required. Monaco work permit will be arranged by the family.
• Travel: Must be flexible and able to travel internationally.
• References: A minimum of two, recent, contactable references for a similar role.
• Criminal Record Check: A clean, recent criminal record check from the country of origin/residence of the candidate is required.
• NDA: A confidentiality agreement will be required prior to engaging in interviews.
