3. Conditions of Use of the Portal
3.1 General
The User undertakes to use the Portal correctly in accordance with the law and this Legal Notice. The User shall be liable to Squad Placements, S.L.U. or to third parties for any damages that may arise as a result of a breach of this obligation.

The User undertakes to use the Content in accordance with the law and this Legal Notice, as well as any other conditions, regulations, or instructions that may be applicable in accordance with Clause 1.
By way of example and without limitation, the User, in accordance with current legislation, must refrain from:

4.1 Information
Squad Placements, S.L.U. shall not be responsible for decisions taken based on the information provided on the Portal nor for damages suffered by the User or third parties as a result of actions based solely on the information obtained from the Portal.
4.2 Quality of Service
Access to the Portal does not imply any obligation on the part of Squad Placements, S.L.U. to monitor the absence of viruses, worms, or any other harmful computer element.
In any event, it is the responsibility of the User to ensure the availability of appropriate tools for the detection and disinfection of harmful computer programs.

4.3 Availability of the Service

10. Governing Law
This Legal Notice shall be governed in all respects by Spanish law. To the extent that the applicable law allows the waiver of the legally established jurisdiction, the courts of Málaga are designated as the competent jurisdiction for resolving any disputes, and the user expressly waives any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
