About the Role:

Squad Placements is seeking a Junior Hybrid PA to join a newly established team supporting a prestigious family and their professional operations in Marbella. This is a pivotal position for someone ready to work at the heart of both personal and business activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations with a proactive and collaborative approach.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Senior PA, provide administrative and logistical support to other executives, and liaise seamlessly with the household staff. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives on variety, handles shifting priorities with ease, and is passionate about delivering excellence in every task—big or small.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Senior PA and executives with administrative tasks across personal and business operations.
• Liaise with household staff, including the head housekeeper and gardener, to ensure smooth running of the family’s private home.
• Represent the family in negotiations with vendors and contractors, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Collaborate with team members like the accountant and construction coordinator to keep projects on track.
• Take charge of personal errands and ad-hoc tasks with a “no task is too small” attitude.
• Adapt to a hybrid working environment between the office, the family’s home, and other locations in Marbella.

Who We’re Looking For:

We are searching for a young, dynamic, and personable individual with a bubbly personality, strong initiative, and exceptional organizational skills. The ideal candidate will bring:

• Fluency in Spanish and English (German is a plus).
• Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• A collaborative attitude and the ability to think outside the box.
• A valid driver’s license (a company car will be provided).
• Must already reside in Marbella and have the legal right to work in Spain.
