Location: Central London
Salary: £90,000 gross per annum
Schedule: 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off, 24-hour care while on duty
Start Date: ASAP
A down-to-earth UHNW family based in Central London is seeking two experienced nannies to care for their children, aged 4 and 6, on a rotational schedule. This fully staffed household is looking for someone warm, bubbly, and calm to provide nurturing care while promoting good manners and values.
The family values education and cultural enrichment, so they are looking for a nanny who can plan engaging outings, such as trips to museums, and foster a love of learning. The role requires international travel during school holidays, accompanying the family.
Both children are in school, so there will be ample downtime during the day. A typical weekday involves helping the children get ready for school, ensuring they have everything they need, dressing them appropriately for the weather, and walking them to school. Later in the day, the nanny will collect them from school, accompany them to extracurricular activities, play at home or in the park, and assist with dinner, bath-time, and bedtime routines. Weekends will be spent enjoying fun activities such as museum visits, playdates, or family walks. The family owns a property in the countryside and will spend some weekends there, the nanny will be required to accompany them.
While the children are at school, the nanny will have plenty of downtime and is free to go for walks, head to the gym, or enjoy personal activities, provided she remains close by in case of an emergency, such as needing to collect a sick child from school.
A very comfortable private room with an en-suite bathroom on a separate floor of the family home will be provided, ensuring ample privacy and comfort during the weeks on duty.
The family is open to employing a candidate already based in the UK or within the EU. All travel, including train tickets or flights to and from their home are provided by the family for each rotational shift.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing 24-hour care during your weeks on duty
- Managing school drop-offs, pick-ups, and occasional after-school activities
- Encouraging educational growth by planning trips and activities

Requirements:
- Native English speaker (fluency in Spanish, French, or Mandarin is a strong bonus)
- Background in education or demonstrated interest in fostering children’s learning
- Prior experience working with UHNW families preferred
- Calm, discreet, yet warm and bubbly personality
- Flexibility to travel internationally
- BA degree preferred but not essential; experience and genuine affinity for children are most important
- The right to live and work in the UK
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £90,000 gross per annum
- Rotational schedule working 3 weeks on/off
- Lovely work environment in a fully staffed household
