Launch Objective: Represent Premium Luxury Lifestyle brand and build strategic guest relationships leading into Launch Gala in October 2024, Q4 events & beyond.
Overview
A confidential high-end lifestyle & events company based in Marbella is seeking a charismatic, well-connected PR & Guest Relations Lead to represent the brand across a series of exclusive automotive and luxury experiences. From managing elite guest lists to building brand partnerships and acting as the face of the company during events, this is a high-impact role for someone with natural flair, social intelligence, and experience in ultra-luxury environments. This role will be key in shaping the guest experience and public image leading up to the October 2025 launch gala, and ongoing events throughout the brand’s calendar.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage highly curated guest lists featuring luxury car collectors, HNW brand founders, motorsports elites, celebrities, VIP influencers, lifestyle press and UHNW social circles across EU and internationally.
- Coordinate with external PR agencies or act as in-house press liaison for major event coverage.).
- Source, pitch, negotiate and cultivate high-value brand partnerships with aligned luxury brands (automotive, fashion, fine jewelry, private aviation, etc.), leveraging personal network where applicable.
- Serve as on-site VIP host and liaison during events, managing special requests and guest experience.
- Support business development by identifying leads and converting interest into membership sales.
Requirements
- Polished, energetic, and comfortable in high-profile social environments.
- 5+ years in PR, hospitality & luxury guest relations internationally.
- Strong existing network in the luxury, automotive, or HNW social space.
- Fluent English & Spanish. Additional languages an advantage.
- Excellent soft skills and emotional intelligence.
- As this role involves close interaction with high-profile guests, a polished demeanor, utmost discretion and an intuitive understanding of UHNW etiquette are essential.
