Overview

A confidential premium lifestyle & events company based in Marbella is seeking a Community Manager & Digital Content Curator to elevate and manage the brand’s social media presence across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

The focus of this role is on curation, design, and aesthetic coherence: creating content and visuals that reflect luxury standards while telling an elegant and aspirational story. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional to help shape the brand’s digital identity and connect with an exclusive audience in the luxury lifestyle and automotive space.

Key Responsibilities

• Curate, design, and manage the brand’s social media presence (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn), ensuring alignment with luxury standards.
• Develop and maintain content calendars that reflect the brand’s values, identity, and lifestyle positioning.
• Ensure visual coherence and premium aesthetics across all digital assets.
• Create content using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other creative tools.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Engage with the community and key followers to nurture loyalty and reinforce exclusivity.
• Support wider marketing and communication initiatives, including partnerships, events, and special campaigns.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Design, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in community management and digital content curation.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and ability to curate visually inspiring and consistent content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Passion for luxury, lifestyle, design, or hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish or other languages a plus).
• Highly creative, detail-oriented, and organized, with a natural instinct for visual harmony.
