Overview

A private family of six based in Mallorca is seeking an experienced, reliable Private Chef for a long-term freelance engagement. The family is looking for a chef who is confident, organised, and comfortable running the kitchen independently, with a calm and professional approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving daily meals for the family, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner

• Managing the kitchen end-to-end: menu planning, grocery shopping, preparation, service, and clean-down

• Full responsibility for kitchen organisation, hygiene, and cleanliness

• Cooking a variety of fresh, family-style meals, adapting to preferences and routines as needed

• Ensuring smooth service and consistent quality across all meals

Working Style

• Full ownership of the kitchen and day-to-day culinary operations

• High level of autonomy and trust

• Flexible structure, with clear expectations around meal coverage and standards

• Professional, discreet, and respectful of household privacy

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Private Chef in private households or similar settings (essential)

• Freelancer / autónomo status required

• Own car essential (shopping and commute)

• Highly organised, reliable, and self-sufficient

• Comfortable working independently without supervision

• Discreet, professional, and respectful of strict confidentiality

• Based in Mallorca or able to relocate independently
