Travel: Occasional in Europe (Shoots, Events). Expected presence in Marbella one

Company Overview:

A premium lifestyle magazine start-up redefining modern media within the luxury space. Built around strong editorial direction, refined aesthetics, and high-value brand partnerships, the company is establishing itself as a distinctive voice in a competitive market.

Currently in a key growth phase, the company is building its core team and operational structure, offering a unique opportunity to join at an early stage and play a pivotal role in shaping the business as it scales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the company’s social media presence
  • Develop and manage content calendars aligned with editorial themes and brand positioning
  • Create and curate high-end, editorial-style content (photo, video, reels)
  • Work closely with photographers, creators, and partners to produce premium content
  • Manage community engagement and grow the company’s audience organically
  • Identify and collaborate with relevant creators and influencers
  • Stay on top of trends while maintaining a consistent luxury aesthetic

Requirements:

  • 3 years proven experience managing social media for luxury, lifestyle, or media brands
  • Start-up mindset with the ability to bring structure to a fast-moving, evolving environment
  • Full stack abilities (shoot photo & video, edit, manage paid and organic social media strategies)
  • Strong visual taste and understanding of premium aesthetics
  • Experience with content production and editing tools
  • Experience in photography and videography, with the ability to create high- quality visual content, is highly valued
  • Fluent in English
