Newly launched, invitation-only membership concierge service, designed exclusively for high-profile, HNW and UHNW clients worldwide, making its debut in Dubai. Combining the efficiency of technology with the irreplaceable human touch, the company assigns designated concierges to each client while offering services via their bespoke app to streamline requests, reservations, and services. With the COO already in place, they are now building a cornerstone team to deliver world-class hospitality in a modern, tech-enabled environment.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Concierge Supervisor / Product Owner to act as the COO’s right hand in Dubai. The successful candidate will bridge operations and technology, ensuring that the company maintains uncompromising service standards while continuously improving processes and systems.

This position is central to the Dubai office structure and offers the opportunity to shape the foundations of a brand destined to redefine concierge services for UHNW clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coach the concierge team, ensuring compliance with SOPs, cultural protocols, and service KPIs.
• Guarantee service excellence consistent with Dubai’s five-star hospitality standards.
• Translate operational challenges into product requirements for the technology team, particularly regarding hotel CRM/PMS systems.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with key partners and vendors.
• Oversee crisis management and escalation protocols to safeguard service continuity and client satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on KPIs such as NPS, service response times, and client feedback.
• Collaborate closely with the COO on strategy, operations, and long-term service delivery.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in five-star hotels in Dubai with a strong background in concierge operations.
• Driving license and preferably own car in Dubai (a company car will be provided further ahead)
• Availability and willingness to travel at short notice.
• Hands-on expertise in hotel CRM/PMS systems, especially Oracle OPERA and OPERA Cloud (guest profiles, reservations, service workflows, and integrations).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a multicultural team.
• Tech-savvy mindset and ability to act as a bridge between operations and product development.
• A startup mindset with adaptability is essential, combined with the ability to consistently deliver a 5-star standard when required, particularly in client-facing situations.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong plus, Arabic too.
• Resilient, discreet, and highly client-focused.

Compensation & Growth

• Salary range: €60,000–80,000 (approx. AED 240,000–320,000). Following the probation period and once clear objectives are achieved, they will be open to reviewing compensation and considering an increase.
• Location: Hybrid remote/on-site. Outings to meet clients are expected.
• Schedule: 9am to 5pm with flexibility, especially in initial phases of company growth.
