Overview:

An ultra-high-net-worth family of six in Monaco (2 adults, 2 teenagers, a toddler + nanny) is seeking an exceptionally skilled and experienced private chef to provide gourmet meal services in their household. This is a rare opportunity to join a prestigious, fully staffed and formal household, offering the chance to showcase your expertise in high-end, healthy, and diverse cuisines. Candidates with a proven track record in private households, luxury establishments, or Michelin-starred restaurants will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meal Preparation:
  • Create and serve 3 course meals daily, being able to adapt to the family’s request
  • Ensure meals are served punctually
  • Snacks for kids in the afternoon
• Menu Planning:
  • Design diverse menus focusing on Mediterranean cuisine with healthy ingredients, avoiding excessive use of butter and cream.
  • Create weekly or bi-weekly menus in advance and be open to receive guidance and make modifications to ir as per the family’s requests.
• Culinary Excellence:
  • Showcase expertise in gourmet cuisine, emphasizing presentation and flavor.
  • Experience in patisserie for special desserts is highly desirable.
• Kitchen Management:
  •  Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
  • Ensure all ingredients and supplies are fresh and of the highest quality.

Candidate Profile:

Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in UHNW households, luxury yachts, or Michelin-starred restaurants.

Culinary Skills: Proficient in healthy, Mediterranean-inspired cuisine with versatility in internationalo Skilled in patisserie and dessert preparation (preferred).

Languages: Fluent English is essential.

  • Being an effective communicator with the Principals and the rest of the ream.
  • Being able to confidently and politely ask the Principal’s for feedback and being able to take constructive criticism in a positive way.
  • Knowing and demonstrating the standards of behavior and politeness required in an UHNW formal household.

Requirements:

• Must have own accommodation in Monaco or the surrounding area in a commutable distance. The family will not consider candidates that are not already located in Monaco or nearby.
• Reliable transportation (car or motorbike) . No parking is provided.
