Schedule: Flexible start between 7:00am and 10:00am, finishing around 6:00pm

Coverage: Breakfast, lunch, dinner & meal preparation

Dates: 30 January 2026 to 1 May 2026 with potential to be rehired from 1 October 2026 to 1 May 2027 (subject to mutual fit)

Overview

An international family spending several months in Marbella is seeking an experienced temporary private chef to cook for a small household of two adults and one toddler.

The family is looking for a true private household chef who can integrate seamlessly into a private kitchen, work independently, and deliver consistent, high-quality family-style meals without the need for direction or supervision.

This is a calm, well-organised household with no dietary restrictions or allergies. The focus is on nutritious, comforting, and well-balanced food, prepared with care and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the household. Table service not required.

• Cooking family-style meals with a balance of comfort food and healthy options

• Leaving prepared meals in the fridge for one principal who eats later at night (around 1:00am and reheats food)

• Managing grocery shopping, menus, meal prep and kitchen workflow efficiently

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional kitchen at all times

• Working independently and integrating naturally into the household routine

Requirements

• Proven experience as a private chef in private households (essential)

• Confident with family-style, nutritious, and comforting cuisine

• Able to work autonomously and manage the kitchen without oversight

• Professional, discreet, calm, and adaptable

• Must be based locally in Marbella / Málaga area

• Available for the full booking period and open to potential rehire later in the year
